Vedson Marketplace Fees
1) Commission Fees
0 % commission promotional offer.
Promotional offer - you will not be charged any commission for any amount of sales.
No commission will be charged to seller as a promotional offer for sellers.
It can be changed in future with prior intimation on seller panel. (Depends on categories in which product is displayed and sold).
2) Closing Fee
Closing fee is fixed fee per product sold on vedson marketplace. Closing Fee is charged every time your product is sold on vedson platform based on the price rate of the product.
This fee is utilised to do product innovations, improve the Vedson Platform and create growth for sellers.
Example 1 : If you selling product at Rs 225, closing fees = Rs 3
Example 2 : If you selling product at Rs 475, closing fee = Rs 8

3) Payment Processing Charges
Payment Processing Charges is determined based on the type of payment chosen by the customer, whether it's prepaid (UPI, Net Banking, Credit Card, Debit Card, Wallet & Other) or Cash on Delivery(COD).
Payment processing charge is calculated based on the item value.
a) Prepaid Orders:
For paid orders, payment processing charges is charged to cover the payment gateway charges for the transaction.

Cash on Delivery is postpaid mode of payment collection, this payment processing charges is charged to facilitate the cash collection service.

4) Shipping Charge
a) When seller use Vedson Shipping Partner to ship the order than shipping partner will deliver your products to the customer and charge you a fee.
Shipping charge is charged as per Delhivery shipping company & Ecom Express as per their charges agreed with vedson marketplace. Shipping companies can change shipping charge as per time as per agreed.
The shipping charge is calculated based on the actual weight of the product or the volumetric weight whichever is higher.
Volumetric weight accounts for items that are lightweight but occupy a significant amount of shipping space.
Volumetric Weight (kg) = Length (cm) X Breadth (cm) X Height (cm)/5000
b) If you are choosing to self ship, you will have to bear the cost of shipping and deliver through 3rd party courier service/own delivery agents).

5) Reverse Pickup Charge
a) When seller use reverse pickup service of vedson shipping partner in case of product Returns/Replacement/Exchange.
Reverse shipping charge is calculated based on the actual weight of the product or the volumetric weight whichever is higher.
Reverse shipping charge is calculated as per Delhivery Shipping company or Ecom Express as per you use the service.
6) Reship Amount Charge
a) When seller use vedson shipping partner service to Re-shipped the product in case of replacement/exchange.
Reship charge is charged as per Delhivery shipping company & Ecom Express as per their charges agreed with vedson marketplace. Shipping companies can change shipping charge as per time as per agreed.
The reship charge is calculated based on the actual weight of the product or the volumetric weight whichever is higher.
Volumetric weight accounts for items that are lightweight but occupy a significant amount of shipping space.

b) Seller can also use Self Ship to ship the order by their own shipping partner.
